Utilizing the GigaBook Dashboard Settings

How ToGigaBook Dashboard

GigaBook offers a home page dashboard for every user that can be completely customized to provide the most efficient and personalized user experience possible. Every panel provides different information about the user’s account and helps manage all information in an organized manner. Use your dashboard to fully maximize the GigaBook experience!

When logging into your GigaBook account, the dashboard will automatically be the first destination.  Any time you go to a different window within GigaBook, you can navigate back to your dashboard by clicking the GigaBook logo (located in the upper left side of the black navigation bar).

Dashboard Master Control Settings

Within the settings section of your account you can control which panels appear in your dashboard and also where they appear.  If you want certain fields to no longer appear then simply move the slider next to that field into the OFF position.  You can also re-arrange the order of your panels by manually shuffling their order in the settings section.

Rearrange the Dashboard Panels

  • Hover over the double vertical line next to the name of the panel.
  • When the curser changes to arrows, click on the panel and drag it to where you want it placed.

View Function of Each Panel

  • Hover over the question mark on each panel to read a brief description of the purpose of that panel.

Resize Panels

  • To make a panel bigger, click on the icon that is a box with an arrow pointing to the middle.
  • To return the panel to the original size, click on the arrow again.

 Deleting a Panel

  • To remove a panel from your dashboard, click on Settings (located in the black navigation bar at the top of the page).
  • In the column on the left side of the page, click on Dashboard to bring up the Dashboard Settings.
  • Under Dashboard Settings, the panels that are shown on your homepage have been selected.  De-select the panels you don’t want to show.

Restore a Panel

  • To restore a panel to your dashboard, click on Settings (located in the black navigation bar at the top of the page).
  • In the column on the left side of the page, click on Dashboard to bring up the Dashboard Settings.
  • Select the panels you want to show on your home page.

Quick-Add Appointments, Events and To-Do List Items:  any panels that have a plus sign give the user the ability to quickly add an appointment, to-do item, or other information.

  • Find the type of item to be added and click on the plus sign in the upper right corner of that panel
  • Enter information and click the ‘Save’ button
